Our caviar begins with sustainably raised Siberian sturgeon, carefully grown for over 10 years in pristine natural lakes of Latvia — waters that closely mirror the sturgeon's native habitat. We use no industrial farming methods, no GMOs, hormones, or artificial additives.
Our fish are fed high-quality, eco-certified feed from Germany, replicating their natural diet. When mature, females are transferred to a closed, ozone-enriched water system to ensure the highest biological safety.
We never extract eggs by stripping, preserving the integrity, texture, and visual quality of the roe. Our caviar is prepared using the traditional Malossol method — with just 2.6% salt — for exceptional taste and purity.
